As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, we’re here to help you develop the tools and mindset needed to lead with bravery, authenticity, and impact. Through evidence-based training and support, we’ll guide you in building the courage to step into your full leadership potential.
About the Dare to Lead™ Program
Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building program developed from the research of Dr. Brené Brown, renowned research professor at the University of Houston. With over two decades of study in courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy—and a recent seven-year focus on courageous leadership—Dr. Brown has uncovered a powerful insight:
Courage is not a personality trait. It is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable.
The Dare to Lead™ program is designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations develop these essential courage-building skills. Through engaging workshops, experiential training, and reflective coaching, participants learn to shift from armored leadership to daring leadership—a transformative process that fosters trust, innovation, and accountability.
Program Completion & Certification
Participants who complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive an official certificate of completion.
