HOLISTIC SUPPORT. REAL RESULTS. BRAVE GROWTH

Courage and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.

Courage means trying new things, even when they scare us. It means leaning into hard conversations—not because they’re easy, but because relationships matter. It means questioning what we think we know, and staying curious and open to what we don’t.

And through this process - it means having compassion for ourselves, each other, and the journey.

We pride ourselves on offering holistic, results-oriented approaches that empower individuals and groups to reach their goals. Working together, we’ll equip you with the tools and support you need to thrive on your courageous journey.

MP6: Behind the Name

As a child, Rachel fell in love with the water. Summers were spent outdoors and by the water. Like many, Rachel finds clarity, calm, and perspective when by the sea. At MP6, we believe that the natural world is where fresh ideas are born and true renewal happens.

Rachel’s favorite place to rejuvenate is the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Her first visit there was in September 2001—a moment etched in collective memory. She was at Milepost 6 (MP6) when the world changed with the attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and in Pennsylvania.

That moment, and that place, became a powerful reminder of what truly matters. To keep things in perspective. To develop resiliency. To balance mind, body, and spirit. We work hard and lead with purpose—but we also make space for what nourishes and sustains us: time with family, community, rest, and reflection. This philosophy is woven into everything we do—from coaching to facilitation to consulting.

Let us help you identify your unique mileposts and how to meet them with clarity, resilience, and intention on your journey.
